Last week the referees from Bratislava district F.A. went through a spring physical test at Pasienky stadium in Bratislava. For the referees who perform in lower leagues it was a very good possibilty to try FIFA High Intensity Test according to FIFA guide line.

Most of the young referees had an opportunity to pass such a test for the first time and they agreed it is not easy to pass it.

From 31 referees who are on the list of the district leagues participated 21 referees. They were divided into two groups.

Referee Committee assigned to the first group as a talended referees these names: Jancura, Karnek, Kudlica, Mrázik, Posilný, Smolíková and Enderla. For this group the criteria during the test were stricter – 30 seconds run, 40 seconds walk. For the rest there was a limit 35 seconds run, 40 seconds walk. Just for comparison, the referees  at national level have to pass this test within these limits: the referees 30 seconds run, 35 seconds walk; the assistant referees 30 seconds run, 40 seconds walk.

Test finally passed finaly 19 from 21 referees what is very good result. All of them confirmed that such a test require systematic and long-time training.

Good luck...
