After the introducing of Ján Valášek as a new FIFA referee we would like to introduce two FIFA assistant referees from the Middle Slovak region.

Tomáš Vorel is the first. He was born in Žilina. Tomáš is 27 years old and he is single. He used to play a football in Žilina and in Bánová. The decision to become a referee came when he was 16.

He does not regret this decision and he would like to thank his father who was supporing him all the time.

Tomáš has dreamed to become international referee and now we can say his dream became a true. Since 2006 Tomáš is a referee in national leagues and he has been appointed in 22 matches in a top Slovak league till now.

He has already tried an atmosphere of international match between U 20 teams of Croatia and Italy. Tomáš has been also in January to his winter camp in Turkey and he judged with his team mates few friendly international matches. Except football Tomáš likes travelling, bowling, PC and squash.

Peter Chládek
is 31 years old. He is very glad to be a football referee and his girldfriend Vierka supports him as well.  Peter used to play a football in Kysucké Nové Mesto. He was injured and he had to quit a career as a football player in 1999.

Then his referee career could start and in 2006 became a referee in Slovak FA leagues.  Peter has been appointed in 26 matches in a top league yet. His first international appointment was in Azerbaidzhan between home team Baku Azerbaijan and Belarus U 21. He already served in January  his first international match as FIFA assistent referee in Saudi Arabia. He has been as an assistent of Richard Trutz and they refereed a match in their top domestic league.
